The year 2021 has been marked by a significant increase in wood prices in Brazil and in the world.
In order to understand and visualize the impact that prices have had on the production chain, CONSUFOR analyzed the amount of final product that can be produced considering a purchase ticket of r$10,000 in wood logs or charcoal (raw material), in two different periods: the current (2nd quarter of 2021) and the same pre-pandemic period (2nd quarter of 2019).
